Returns Policy

Lifting Africa’s return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Lifting Africa will exchange any non-discontinued, unused items within the 14-day return policy. To issue a refund or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of an online receipt, gift, receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, with tags and in new, unused condition. There must be no visible stains, hairs, odours, or any sign that the product has been tainted, if there is any sign of these Lifting Africa has the right to refuse refund/exchange and will have the product  shipped back to you. If returns are in the correct required condition then we will be happy to provide exchange or refund if necessary.

All exchanged product(s) will not be charged a re-shipping fee, however you are responsible for the shipping fee for returning the product(s). If for whatever reason we do not receive your return, please make sure you keep your proof of postage and email a copy to LiftingAfricaClothing@gmail.com we can follow up on the return of the product(s).
